Strength for Runners
Service Description
We prioritize mobility in mobility in major joints and incorporate essential strength exercises tailored for the needs needs of runners. You'll enhance your core stability, strengthen key muscle groups for running and achieve better leg stability. In this class we use smaller props such as light to medium weights, a pilates ball, or resistance bands most importantly though we work with our own bodyweight. This class is a 50min class. please bring your own towel, you won't need shoes for this workout.

Cancellation Policy
- if you show up late for whatever reason: after the warm up you can't join the class anymore! - you can cancel your class 12 hrs before the start time - bring your own towel - you can train in socks, if you like to wear shoes please make sure they are clean
